Govt Jobs: A few days ago, the public service commission of the state published a notification for the recruitment of teachers for Bengali medium and English medium government schools. The complete number of seats for WBCS and other groups has been released. PSC (WBPSC Recruitment) clearly stated how many seats are available for any post. The Public Service Commission first published this recruitment notification in 2022, this time the commission clarified the full number of seats in the context of that notification. It is seen that through this recruitment (Recruitment News), people will be taken for a total of 611 vacancies in Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D in Bengal. However, the application is already closed. The closing date for applications was April 1, 2022. However, it is not known whether a new application will be available.
There are total 153 seats for West Bengal Civil Service Executive along with 5 other Group A category. On the other hand Group B has 8 seats for a single division, Group C has 128 seats for 9 separate divisions, Group D has 322 seats for 3 divisions. Details are mentioned in this notification of PSC. In Group A, 30 people will be appointed as WBCS Executive, there are also departments like Revenue Service, Cooperative Service, Labor Service, Food and Supply Service, Employment Service etc. Group B includes West Bengal Police Service where a total of 8 candidates will be recruited. Group C includes Superintendent or Deputy Superintendent of District Correctional Institution, Joint Block Development Officer, Sub Ordinate Land Revenue Service Grade I, Assistant Commercial Tax Officer etc.
The pay structure of Group A posts starts from Tk 56,100 to Tk 1,44,300. The pay structure for Group B posts is in the same structure. The pay structure for Group C ranges from Tk 42,600 to Tk 1,09,800. However, in some posts the salary will start from 39,900 taka or 35,800 taka. Finally, the salary of Group D posts will be from Tk 32,100 to Tk 82,900.
