The governor of the Bank of Spain, José Luis Escrivá, has received at the headquarters of the institution in Madrid at Cap de Government of the Principality of Andorra, Xavier Espot, to celebrate a working meeting to deal with different aspects of mutual interest. The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Finance of the Principality, Ramon Lladós, and the general director of the Andorrana Financial Authority, David Cerqueda, and, by the Bank of Spain, the subgovernor, Soledad Núñez, the general director of Supervision, Mercedes Olano, and the General Director of Operations, Markets and Payment Systems, Juan Ayuso.
In the work meeting, the possibilities of cooperation between the Bank of Spain and the Andorrana financial authority have been analyzed. Both delegations have agreed to promote periodic work meetings to deepen different collaboration modalities.
