IPS Krishnakumar Bishnoi is now working as the Superintendent of Police in Sambhal District of Uttar Pradesh.
His name came into the limelight only recently in the context of the violent incident in Sambhal district, his life was full of struggle.
Krishnakumar was born and brought up in Burma district of Rajasthan. He is the youngest of 6 siblings in his family, he started his education from the village primary school.
He was brilliant in studies since childhood, he passed first division in class 10. After passing 12th from Kendriya Vidyalaya, he took admission in St. Stephen’s College under Delhi University as a graduate.
He received a scholarship to pursue a master’s degree in international security at the Paris School of International Affairs, and moved to France on a scholarship from the French government. Krishnakumar Bishnoi also attended The Fletcher School.
He had a great job at the United Nations Trade Center with an annual salary of Rs.
After working for a year, he returned to India and did M.Phil from JNU. He also worked in the Ministry of International Relations.
He then became a successful IPS officer by preparing for the UPSC exam, and then his first posting in this district of Uttar Pradesh.
His administrative skills and peaceful leadership made him very popular in the district.
