
Was an engineering student, got a semester back in exams. As a result, instead of 4 years, it took a lot more time to complete the studies.

However, he did not give up. And once he left the foreign job of fat mine and started preparing for UPSC.

This is how former Jodhpur collector Gaurav Aggarwal became a successful IAS. He was an IAS of Rajasthan cadre.

After studying engineering, he studied finance management from IIM Lucknow. Get gold medal in this course.

He then started working as an investment banker in a foreign firm in Hong Kong. He also left this job with a great package.

UPSC preparation begins. Gaurav Agarwal appeared for the first time in 2012. But could not pass that exam.

Later in 2013, he got the first position in the country in the UPSC CSE exam. He got the desired success.

At the age of 16, he cleared the IIT Kanpur exam and started studying engineering. As a result, he never went to the second place.

But once in 2005 Gaurav got back in computer science in engineering course. That’s why it took more time to complete the degree and today he is a successful IAS.

Gaurav Agarwal has succeeded in every step with these three strengths of creativity, dedication and perseverance.
