The fire spread rapidly due to strong wind speed. More than a thousand people’s houses were damaged in the fire, many people are now homeless.
A fire broke out in a forest preserve northeast of Los Angeles on Tuesday afternoon, quickly spreading to 2,000 acres. The Los Angeles Wildfire spread faster due to strong winds. In no time the situation went out of control. On Wednesday January 8, the wind speed was 129 km per hour.
Hollywood stars are homeless
Famous Hollywood movie stars such as Jamie Lee Curtis, Mark Hamill, Mandy Moore, James Woods were forced to leave their homes and go to safe places. Many people leave their cars in fear of fire while leaving their homes. And because of that there is traffic jam on the road. The parked cars were then bulldozed.
State of emergency issued
Governor Gavin Newsom visited the scene and declared a state of emergency. He said that 70,000 residents have already been ordered to leave their homes and 13,000 houses are now in danger.

The Los Angeles Wildfire has destroyed 1,000 homes in Palisades, California. The Altadena fire is still burning 10,600 acres. This all-consuming fire destroyed the houses of many rich people. According to Accuweather’s report, $57 billion worth of property has been damaged so far.
Joe Biden canceled the trip
Outgoing US President Joe Biden has canceled his visit to Italy due to this terrible fire. White House press secretary Karin Jean-Pierre made the statement to the press. Joe Biden is now looking into the whole thing.
