India-Bangladesh Relations: After a month and a half, the Yunus

Dhaka: The Yunus government summoned the Indian High Commissioner appointed in Dhaka amid continuous provocations at the border. According to the newspaper ‘Yugantar’, the advisor of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Bangladesh, Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that the Indian High Commissioner has been called to give a message to prevent any untoward incident. There was a discussion between the two sides, there is a need to have an attitude of cooperation, said Indian High Commissioner Prannoy Verma after the meeting. Bangladesh continues to threaten India. Bangladesh is preventing barbed wire fencing. Again, Bangladesh is calling the Indian High Commissioner! After 40 days, the Yunus administration once again summoned the Indian High Commissioner in Dhaka. This is what the Bangladeshi newspaper ‘Yugantar’ has claimed. The newspaper of that country claims that Indian High Commissioner Prannoy Verma appointed in Dhaka was called on the issue of barbed wire on the border.

Jugantar Patrika claimed that around 3 am local time on Sunday, Prannoy Verma was seen entering the Ministry of External Affairs. Jahangir Alam Chowdhury, Advisor to the Ministry of Home Affairs of Bangladesh, said that the Indian High Commissioner was called to convey the message that no untoward incident would happen. Discussions were held between the two sides to deal with the challenge of suppression. There should be mutual understanding between the border guarding forces of the two countries in border security in crime suppression. There should also be a spirit of cooperation between them.’

The Yunus government that cannot stop the persecution of minority Hindus in its own country, the Yunus government that stands by the smugglers…, the Yunus government that is accused of harboring militants, is Bangladesh. Is India trying to paint eyes?

Earlier, due to the protest incident in front of the Bangladeshi consulate in Agartala, the Indian High Commissioner appointed to Bangladesh on December 3 Prannoy Verma was summoned by the Yunus government. According to Yugantar sources, Prannoy Verma was summoned again after one and a half months.

Bangladeshi newspaper Yugantar newspaper claimed that the advisor of the Ministry of Home Affairs of Bangladesh, Jahangir Alam Chowdhury said that during the previous government i.e. Hasina’s border fencing It has been decided to send a letter regarding the cancellation of the compromise agreement.

Next He also said that there will be a meeting between BGB and BSF at the DG level in February.

Now the question is, on the one hand Bangladesh government is doing injustice, it is turning a blind eye to it, what action will New Delhi take in this situation?
