According to media reports, more than 40 companies participated in campus placements at IIT Bombay. Among them are several multinational companies and some Indian companies as well. And in this list, the names of world-famous organizations like WorldQuant and IMC are not left out. Before this, many campus placement agencies have interviewed the students at various stages. And on the basis of this interview, the selection of candidates is going on now.

According to IIT Bombay students this year many companies have offered better packages for placement than previous year or previous academic year campusing. Companies like Ola and Flipkart have also joined this placement. These companies also offer good packages to IIT students. At the same time, this placement program will continue till December 15.
These big companies joined on the first day
Many multinational companies and domestic companies attended the first day of the placement program at IIT Bombay. Famous trading firms WorldQuant and IMC are notable among them. And on the first day, The Vinci Derivatives offered a job package of 2.2 crore rupees to the student of this educational institution. The appointment is said to have been made for the company’s Amsterdam office. Earlier in the year leading hedge fund firm Jane Street had made a pre-placement offer of Rs 3.7 crore to students. IMC Trading Company offered a package of 1 crore for the Mumbai office and selected a total of 10 students.
