Intelligence sources in Bangladesh said that keeping in mind the issue of major terrorist attacks, the surveillance of RAB and intelligence agencies has been increased across the country including Dhaka. Meanwhile, Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has said to be fully prepared to prevent any kind of unwanted situation or inactivity at the border. In this situation, the United Kingdom has asked its citizens to be cautious when traveling to the three hill districts of Bangladesh.
The intelligence service of the country fears that the situation of the country may deteriorate due to terrorist attacks and killings. There is also a risk of poaching. Illegal weapons possessed by terrorists, including weapons looted from police stations, may be used in attacks. There is also a threat of bomb attacks. In this situation, besides controlling the overall situation, special security measures have been strengthened in the country to keep the law and order situation normal.
